The Oakwood Premier Coex Center Seoul was chosen as the best residence hotel by The Korea Times.

As the first deluxe furnished serviced residence in Seoul, the hotel has 280 apartments, which are divided into studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.

It is located in Samseong-dong southern Seoul, one of the fastest-growing commercial and financial districts. Near the hotel are the City Air Terminal, Coex Convention Center, Coex Mall, Korea World Trade Center and Hyundai Department store.
