Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel presents “Sweet Seasons” Wedding Fair on Sept. 28.

At the fair, the hotel will showcase decorations and wedding styles for autumn at its Grand Ballroom, located on the sixth floor of the hotel, where grand sized weddings with over 500 guests can be held.

Guests who are preparing their wedding can call the wedding team to make a reservation for the wedding fair. Guests can visit at any time between 3p.m. and 7p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28.

THE PLAZA introduces its “Autumn Memories” room packages until Nov. 30. The Sweet Autumn Package includes one night in a deluxe room, an Echire afternoon tea set at the café and bar The Lounge, and a breakfast buffet for two at Seven Square.

The Romantic Autumn Package includes one night in a deluxe room with Chilean red wine to enhance a romantic night served with a cheese plate and breakfast buffet for two at Seven Square.

The Park Hyatt Seoul’s main restaurant Cornerstone presents a themed brunch – Hanwoo, Korean beef – for autumn.

The highlight is a main menu of Korean beef from Hoeng-seong, well-known for its rich flavor and great marbling. Appetizers include steak tartar, rib terrine, Carpaccio with sliced beef and roasted beef focaccia, will be prepared buffet-style in the open kitchen. The main dish, the Korean Beef Tasting Platter, will offer roasted, grilled and braised Korean beef on one plate.

The brunch is priced at 105,000 won for adults including tax, and 55,000 won for children aged seven to 12. No service charges are applicable. Brunch is served between 11:30a.m. and 3p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Taipan, the Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Chinese restaurant, offers two set courses featuring sizzling plate specialties priced at 115,000 won and 145,000 won that will include tempting delicacies such as pine mushroom and sea cucumber soup, braised abalone and scallops in dried shrimp sauce, sautéed Hanwoo in black pepper sauce, and steamed tofu and green vegetables with crab meat sauce.

A la carte selections will include grilled lobster with cheese chili sauce for 160,000 won; sauteed Hanwoo in black pepper sauce for 70,000 won; and fresh pine mushroom for market price.

The JW Marriott Hotel Seoul’s Japanese restaurant Mikado and Chinese restaurant Man Ho present seasonal set menus involving pine mushrooms until Oct. 17.

Mikado offers the “Momiji Sushi” set, comprising of a selection of Kyoto-style appetizers with pine mushroom sauce, tuna and white fish sushimi, pomfret and eel teriyaki, autumn leaf-inspired prawn and vegetable tempura, special Momiji Yaki sushi, Maki, pine mushroom udon, soft persimmon and Matcha mousse, and seasonal fruit. The Pine Mushroom set begins with a selection of appetizers, followed by kettle-steamed pine mushroom and seafood, seasonal sashimi, pine mushroom and Korean hanwoo beef teriyaki, pine mushroom and autumn vegetable tempura, pine mushroom donburi and dessert. The set menus are priced at 145,000 and 165,000 won, respectively.

Man Ho is serving two set menus with pine mushrooms.

Menu A features abalone salad, pine mushrooms and sea cucumber soup, beef tenderloin with pine mushroom sauce, lobster steamed with garlic, fried pine mushrooms and crab, noodles with pine mushrooms, seasonal fruit and swallow’s nest sauce.

Menu B consists of seasoned duck egg and tofu, conch soup with pine mushrooms and dried scallops, sea cucumber and abalone, steamed rockfish with vegetables, fried chicken and asparagus, fried noodles with pine mushrooms, and steamed pear and swallow’s nest. The sets are priced at 145,000 won and 180,000 won.
