The PLAZA will open its outdoor boutique bar “Garden Fest” from May 21 through Oct. 2. Guests can enjoy cool drinks as well as premium dishes including rotisserie duck, lamb and bulgogi. Side dishes range in price from 16,000 to 49,000 won and beer is 6,000 won per glass.

There is also a Happy Hour (6 p.m-8 p.m.) for the price of 48,000 won for two people including VAT & service charges. This set includes one side dish and unlimited draft beer. For guests visiting on their birthdays, the Garden Fest will provide one of the Lounge's desserts and a pitcher of draft beer for free.

Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s buffet restaurant, Orangerie, will the cuisine of the Philippines in June.

Though not as well-known as its Asian counterparts, the cuisine of the Philippines has many influences from Malaysia, Spain, China, India, etc. due to many years of colonization as well as its strategic location in the Asian-Pacific Rim. Popular dishes include lechon (whole roasted pig), adobo (pork or chicken simmered in a vinegar and soy sauce), pancit (fried noodles with meat and vegetables), kare-kare (oxtail and peanut sauce), lumpia (fresh or fried spring rolls) and desserts.

The Novotel Ambassador Gangnam announces a weekend buffet of cherries and berries from May 25 to July 28 at the Lobby Lounge on the hotel’s first floor. Imperial Palace

The Imperial Palace in Eonju-ro, Gangnam, hosts a “Cinderella Party” at its lounge bar Zoe on May 25.

The party, set to take place fashionably late from 9 p.m. through 3 a.m., will feature a DJ playing music. Then at midnight, a Cinderella shoes event will take place the winner of which will receive a million won’s worth of luxury brand ‘Chanel’ shoes as a prize. If there are multiple candidates whose foot size fits the Chanel shoes, an MC will have the candidates play various games to decide the final owner of the shoes. Grand Ambassador

The Grand Ambassador Hotel in Jangchung, Seoul, will reopen its newly-renovated grand ballroom on May 23. For the past 50 years, the ballroom served as a popular wedding venue for couples. The renovation gives it a new modern look.
