Since the opening in 2001, Grand Hilton Seoul’s Convention Center has been the first choice for domestic and international meetings and conventions.

The hotel is the ideal venue because it offers not only a peaceful locale but also the convenience of being just 15-minutes drive away from Seoul City Hall and other business institutions.

Facing directly across from the main hotel building, the separate, four-story center houses a large convention hall along with small and medium-sized banquet halls and conference rooms. Unlike most other hotels where meetings and conventions are held at grand ballrooms inside the hotel buildings, Grand Hilton’s purpose-specific convention center offers a separate facility within a minute’s walk of the hotel.

Featuring a spacious lobby and reception area, the center offers a quiet and tranquil atmosphere which facilitates smooth transitions between cocktail receptions, meals and meetings ― the all-in-one concept highly recognized by event organizers.

The Convention Hall, the largest room, offers a contemporary atmosphere combined with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. Capable to accommodate up to 2,500 guests, the business-oriented venue is suited for international events, workshops and seminars.

The pillar-less space is flexible enough to provide six different configurations ― concerts, fashion shows, banquets, classrooms, theaters and receptions.

The Emerald Hall, blending modern and classical design elements, creates an inviting and spacious venue. It can accommodate between 100 and 1,200 people, suitable for events of all sizes such as seminars, workshops, small-scale music concerts and engagement parties.

The Diamond Hall, which can hold up to 340 guests, includes a large reception area and a separate banquet room, allowing a smooth transition of guests between events.

The reception areas on the third and fourth floors provide an elegant yet cozy atmosphere for all kinds of gatherings. With modern style tables and leather chairs, the areas offer a sophisticated, relaxed atmosphere that guests will appreciate during especially transitions between events.

A glass wall brings the outdoor scenery indoors, further enhancing the ambience.

The center has hosted various international events successfully, such as the 21st Inter-Korean Ministerial Talks, extraordinary FIFA Congress, and the 3rd World Knowledge Forum, as well as get-togethers for numerous medical associations and other groups.
