
The Sheraton Incheon Hotel has appointed Jeon Ha-ryong as the new executive chef of its Chinese restaurant YUE.
With 15 years of culinary experience specializing in Chinese and Asian cuisine, Jeon has worked previously at deluxe hotels in Seoul and Jeju.

The Westin Chosun Seoul was selected as the “Best Hotel in Seoul” for the second consecutive year in the 2011 Readers’ Choice Awards by Destin Asian, a travel and lifestyle magazine in the Asia-Pacific region.
Based on a readers’ survey, the magazine chose the Westin Chosun for its history of hosting many celebrities and VIPs, the proximity to Seoul’s historical buildings, spacious rooms and great restaurants. The Ritz-Carlton Seoul’s Oksan Buffet features dishes made with spring vegetables through March 13.
