Olivo, JW Marriott Seoul’s Italian restaurant, offers 10 Lombardian favorites through Feb. 28. Lombardia is not only the center of Italian business, fashion and art, but also that of cuisine.

The dishes feature the region’s unique veal and rice recipes and cheeses such as gorgonzola and ricotta. They include air-dried beef with ricotta cheese and arugula salad, homemade pumpkin tortellini with parmesan and sage butter, and braised Australian veal shank with lemon and rosemary and saffron rice. Guests can also enjoy traditional Italian polenta and panettone pudding during the promotion.

Hyatt Regency Incheon

Hyatt Regency Incheon will hold a “Kid’s Table Manners Class” in English on Feb. 26 at 11:30 a.m.

The class will be organized by the hotel’s F&B managers, who have international cultural and etiquette background. Children will learn table manners ㅡ table settings, how to use the utensils, and how to navigate various types of settings ㅡ which will prepare them for fine dining experiences in the future and make the meals more pleasant and memorable.

The Ritz-Carlton Seoul is holding a contest to award eight lucky couples who hold Opera Weddings at the hotel this year with vouchers for stays at the Ritz-Carlton hotels in Bali, Thailand and Japan.

The first prize winning couple will be able to fly to Bali on Korean Air’s business class seats and stay at the Bulgari Hotels & Resort in Bali for three nights. Second prize winners will enjoy three nights at the Ritz-Carlton Phulay Bay and third prize winners, three nights at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka.

The Grand Hilton’s Buffet Restaurant is holding a special event during February for families to have a college graduation party.

For a family of four or more people, one graduate can dine for free (prior reservation is required). A special fondue corner is also available ― beef with a variety of sauces such as tartar and cocktail, and fruit with a chocolate dip.

Besides the graduation promotion, the “Happy Vacation Program” will offer a free lunch per one child per adult during this month between Monday and Thursday.
