Sheraton Grande Walkerhill

CLOCK16, Sheraton Grande Walkerhill’s European bar and restaurant, is offering a special lunch promotion featuring, “J Signature Steak.” The four-course meal, presented by chef Justin Toth from New York, includes a starter soup, char-grilled U.S. prime beef steak, dessert and coffee or tea. While the usual portion for a steak is 120 grams, the special menu offers a bigger, whopping 150 grams of sizzling meat. Grand Hyatt

A “Grand Wine Sale” is taking place at the Deli at Grand Hyatt Seoul from Jan. 24 to 27.

Best-selling premium wines from all over the world will be on shelves with up to a 60 percent discount ㅡ a perfect opportunity to prepare Lunar New Year or Valentine’s Day gifts. Lotte

Lotte Hotel Seoul’s buffet restaurant, La Seine, reopened Thursday after completing renovations.

Relocated to the first floor, the stylish open-kitchen restaurant features chefs’ on-site preparations and foreign chefs’ presenting various dishes originating from their own countries at different stations. Chefs will prepare dishes at eight live stations, including Asian cuisines, a noodle bar, cold dishes, Western cuisine and desserts. The interior was also upgraded with color-changing LED lighting.

To celebrate the reopening, La Seine presents Cowboy Steak which is almost four times larger than a normal steak, through Feb. 10. For more information, call 02-317-7171.

Westin Chosun

Celebrating the Lunar New Year, the Westin Chosun is selling gift sets.

The hotel presents a variety of beef sets based on the origin and cut of the meat, including Wagyu sets, priced between 330,000 won and 450,000 won. An LA rib steak set consists of U.S. choice-graded beef and seasoning sauce at prices from 200,000-300,000 won.

Wine sets are also available, such as two bottles of wine of the “sommelier’s selection” and vintage wines titled “the finest wine set.”

Banyan Tree

Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul offers a Lunar New Year package from Jan. 28 to Feb. 6.

The package includes a minimum of two nights stay, breakfast, and hotel credits. The credits can be used for food and beverages, use of the spa, sauna, or gallery shop, to play golf, and to go ice staking. The credit amounts are dependent on the room category, ranging from 200,000 won for a deluxe room and 460,000 won for a premier suite.
