Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s French restaurant, Seasons, offers a promotion during the month of January featuring oysters, presented by executive chef Park Hyo-nam.

The dishes include fresh oysters on a half shell with lemon, oyster rockerfeller with spinach and fried oyster with tartar sauce. Each a la carte course is priced at 28,000 won.

Sheraton Incheon Hotel, located in the Songdo International City, offers an Italian brunch on Sundays between 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at BENE, the Italian restaurant in the hotel.

The brunch includes a variety of choices for antipasti and salad, one among four main dishes of steak, lamb, sea bass or king prawn, and one among pasta, pizza or risottos, along with a sweet dessert bar. A complimentary glass of Italian sweet wine is also served.

JW Marriott

Chefs at JW Marriott Seoul’s buffet restaurant, The Cafe@JW, present locally inspired selections of black pork at live cooking stations through Jan. 31.

Pork from black pigs is a Korean delicacy. The chefs will offer a variety of cuts and styles of the pork, such as grilled or steamed, with kimchi or noodles. The regular buffet menu is also available, ranging from other Korean cuisines and salad to shabu shabu, pasta, sushi and dessert.

Ritz-Carlton

The Oksan Buffet at the Ritz-Carlton Seoul is holding a Hong Kong dim sum promotion, overseen by chef Lee Man Kai, director of the Hong Kong Restaurant Association, through Jan. 31.

For five days during the promotion, Chef Lee, who was recognized by the French Le Cordon Bleu, will demonstrate his dim sum making techniques, providing guests with authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum.
