``R Hotel'' opened Sept. 1 in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. The first class boutique hotel has 86 differently designed rooms, a restaurant, and a rooftop lounge where various parties are scheduled to mark the opening.
Targeting tourists and business travelers from all around the world, the rooms are about 50 percent larger than others, the hotel said.
