JW Marriott Seoul offers a cooking class where Chef Franco will meet and eat with other fans of trattoria-style Italian cuisine at Olivo on June 13.

The hotel will supply all ingredients, utensils and appliances, while the chef will supply the knowledge needed to create incredible Italian meals such as beef carpaccio with rucola parmesan cheese and fresh mushrooms and tagliaitelle with prawns, sea bass fillet and cherry tomato sauce.

Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton's buffet restaurant, Orangerie, will host ``U.S. Beef Bonanza'' in June.

The restaurant will be decorated in ranch-style and feature 15 specialty dishes made with premium U.S. beef, including beef tenderloin carpaccio with smoked mozzarella cheese, beef fajitas, spicy Cajun beef brisket and even LA Kalbi.

Imperial Palace Hotel

Imperial Palace Hotel's Chinese restaurant, Cheon San, offers seven to eight course menus at 50,000 won.

Weekend menu includes eight courses such as braised shark's fin, assorted seafood, sweet and sour port, shrimp with orange cream sauce and litchi, at 55,000 won.

Weekday lunch menu is seven courses including shark's fin soup, asparagus and scallop, flower-shaped bread and yellow peach jelly, at 50,000 won. The menu is available until June 30.

Ritz-Carlton Seoul

Greek cuisine will be presented at Ritz-Carlton Seoul's Oksan Buffet (dinner on weekdays and both lunch and dinner on weekends) and the Garden Restaurant (lunch on weekdays).

The menus to be presented from June 8 to 21 include moussaka (a casserole of eggplant and meat), souvlaki (kebabs), Greek salad, pastitsio made with phyllo and feta cheese and various appetizers.

Novotel Ambassador Gangnam

A variety of fresh juice will be presented at the Lobby Lounge at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam until the end of August.

The ``Healthy Juice Event'' will bring guests a healthy summer season. Mulberry juice offers juicy and sweet taste while strengthening internal organs. Raspberry, blueberry and codonopisis lanceolate are among the juice choices.
