Sheraton Grande Walkerhill's buffet restaurant Four Seasons will hold ``Second Four seasons Haute Evening'' with the hotel's head chefs serving signature dishes on June 5 between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Tuna sashimi, live abalone, froie gras, lobster, Hanwoo beef and other dishes will be served to 200 guests.
Vintage wine; unlimited German ``Warsteiner'' beer; and ``Flambe'', a fire show which is a popular cooking technique for French cuisine, will be provided. A live band from the Philippines will be walking around the tables to perform for the guests.
