Take pleasure in tasting contemporary New Zealand cuisine from award-winning chef Damon McGinniss from April 1 to 24 at COEX InterContinental Seoul.
Chef McGinniss is here to share his 16 years of outstanding culinary experience. He was selected as a goodwill ambassador for New Zealand beef and lamb in 2007 and owns ``Bistro 1284'' in New Zealand. He's particularly interested in creating contemporary beef and lamb dishes and offering modern service.
Music from a visiting DJ and 42 cocktails crafted by New Zealand mixologist Tom Huckinson will entertain the senses and taste buds from April 2 to 10.
