Oakwood Premier, Luxury Ambience in Southern Seoul

Listen

Oakwood Premier COEX Center opened the era of super deluxe serviced residence in Korea in 2002. It combines luxury hotel service with the spacious comfort of a private home.

The serviced residence offers 280 furnished apartments including studio, one to four bedroom apartments and regal penthouses. Each apartment has separate living, dining and sleeping areas and is equipped with its own gourmet kitchen and a washer/dryer.

The residences are spacious enough to host a dinner party or conduct business meetings, as well as suitable for families.

Oakwood Premier COEX Center is located in the center of business districts in southern Seoul, where many multinational and Korean firms are gathered. The property is on the same block with the City Air Terminal, COEX Convention Center and Shopping Mall, ASEM Tower, Korea World Trade Center and Hyundai Department Store.

The residence is redefining the standards of hospitality with the combination of luxury, technology and value for money, in order to provide the best amenities and services.

The amenities include 24-hour concierge, security and maintenance, daily maid service, laundry and dry cleaning, lounge restaurant and bar; Oak Room and Premier Room for private functions; and a business center with private offices and computer workstations. The newly built fitness center offers various workout facilities and an indoor swimming pool.

Each apartment has high-speed Internet, LCD television, DVD players, kitchen, rental mobile phone and steam sauna. Dozens of shopping, dining and entertainment options are presented at the COEX Shopping Mall which is connected to the property.

Despite the luxury amenities and spacious rooms, guests at Oakwood Premier can financially save on room rates, laundry and other amenities compared to other similar-level serviced residences. Oakwood Premier's attentive and caring service is also attuned to the privacy of guests.

The residence provides various activities for guests: cooking classes where participants can make and taste delicious dishes; ladies' coffee morning in which residents can have an opportunity to meet neighbors; children's playroom where fun events are organized every month; and special tours to Korea's attractions including DMZ, folk villages and traditional performances
