Guest chef Uemoto from Hanagatami at the Osaka Ritz Carlton will lead a team of chefs preparing the dishes on April 24 and 25.
With over 35 years experience in Japanese cuisine, the chef will bring the traditional Japanese course menu, titled ``Kaiseki.''
