Renaissance Seoul Hotel

Renaissance Seoul Hotel has appointed Sergio Zanetti as Chef de Cuisine at its Italian restaurant, Toscana.

Zanetti was born and raised in Italy and served as a program director at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners.

He has over 20 years of experience as an Italian chef, working in major cities such as Milan, Paris, Hong Kong and Osaka.

He has developed many new Italian items and three set courses (Laffaello, Michelangelo and Leonardo) which will be available at Toscana from March 15.

Westin Chosun Seoul

O'Kim's Brauhaus in the COEX Center holds the annual feast of St. Patrick's Day through March 22nd.

The venue will a green St. Patrick's Day theme and guests will be able to select from a wide range of items on the menu, including old Irish Guinness and another high quality beers. The restaurant also serves a variety of house brews.

JW Marriott Seoul

The Marriott Cafe at JW Marriott Seoul will promote Singaporean cuisine in March.

Although influenced by Chinese, Malay and Indian varieties, Singaporeans have created a food culture of their own, and dishes often differ distinctly from their influences.

A Singaporean cooking class will be offered at 65,000 won on March 15.

Grand Hyatt Seoul

Grand Hyatt Seoul's Japanese restaurant, Akasaka, will feature a special set dinner menu from March 18th to 31st.

Akasaka's chef Fukuda has prepared a special spring dinner set featuring fresh seafood, meat and other seasonal delicacies.

Guests can enjoy an eight-course meal including an appetizer of Marinated Steamed Abalone, followed by Clam, Toro, Sea Bream and Akakai Sashimi, Simmered Octopus, Bamboo Shoots and Seaweed for 130,000 won. For more Information, call (02) 799-8164.

Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton will host a 50th Gourmet Circle Dinner at Seasons, the hotel's French restaurant, on March 21 and 22.
