The Grand InterContinental Seoul and the COEX InterContinental Seoul won the first prize in the hospitalities business division of Korea's ``2007 National Customers Satisfaction Index (NCSI)'' in 2007 for two years in a row.

The survey was conducted by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan with the support of the Korean Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.
