When looking for a place to eat, a popular cuisine of choice regardless of time, location or company, would have to be Italian.
Restaurants catering to Italian cuisine can be found around almost every corner across Seoul, but it’s not often that you find a restaurant that provides high quality dishes that Rossini offers.
The picturesque restaurant, which has been serving people for over a decade, attracts pastalovers from near and far. The traditional Italian restaurant has a neat and sophisticated, yet comfortable atmosphere.
The brick columns and wooden wine racks lined with wine bottles add the final European touch. If you want a warm-up appetizer before digging into you’re meal, a dish of grilled eggplants with fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese and tomatoes (13,000 won) might do the job.
The artistically presented appetizer, with freshly sliced tomato topped with thinly shaved mozzarella cheese and seasoned grilled eggplants, was satisfying, but slightly pricey, considering that there were only five pieces.
A must-have at the restaurant, which is famous for its high quality and fresh ingredients, particularly its fresh spaghetti, is no doubt the pasta.
The spaghetti, one of the distinctive qualities at Rossini, charm the palate with its fresh and slightly chewy texture.
