The Grand Hilton Seoul's convention center is one of the most popular spots for domestic and international meetings.

The center has successfully hosted various events such as the Extraordinary FIFA Congress, chief delegate meetings between North and South Korea and the third World Knowledge Forum.

The hotel is the ideal venue because of its peaceful locale yet it offers the convenience of being just a 15-minute drive from Seoul's City Hall and is close to Incheon International Airport. The flexibility of the room arrangements also allows for a number of choices.

Facing directly across from the main hotel, the center houses a large convention hall as well as small- and medium-sized banquet halls and conference rooms.

Before the opening of the center, meetings and conventions were held in the hotel's Grand Ballroom, but the center now has an independent facility within a minute's walk of the hotel.

Featuring a spacious lobby and reception area, the center provides a quiet and tranquil atmosphere that facilitates smooth transition between cocktail receptions, meals and meetings. The all-in-one concept is a strong selling point, which event planners love.

The fourth-floor Convention Hall offers a contemporary atmosphere combined with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. Capable of accommodating up to 2,500 guests, the venue is suited for various business-oriented events such as international conventions, workshops and seminars.

The third-floor Emerald Hall blends modern and classical design elements to create an inviting and spacious venue. Capable of accommodating anywhere from 100 to 1,200 people, this venue is suitable for events of all sizes including seminars, workshops, small scale music concerts and engagement parties.

The Diamond Hall can seat up to 340 guests and includes a large reception area plus an adjoining but separate banquet room which allows for a smooth transition of guests between events.

Spacious and tastefully decorated, the third- and forth-floor reception areas provide an elegant yet cozy atmosphere for all kinds of meetings. Tastefully appointed with contemporary tables and leather chairs, the reception area offers a sophisticated, relaxed atmosphere that guests will appreciate, especially during transitions between events.
