The Grand InterContinental Seoul's Italian restaurant Caffe Espresso features special veal dishes in May.
Various selections of veal are available such as country chicken soup with veal, veal carpaccio and Italian style veal tenderloin. Tortellini filled with veal and parmesan, tomato and onion ragout, osso bucco Milanese and veal piccata with grilled asparagus, fennel, garlic and mushroom with lemon butter and sage sauce are also on the menu.
