Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) President Kim In-chul, right, holds a plaque of appreciation together with Korea Times Managing Editor Cho Jae-hyon at a restaurant in the Koreana Hotel in central Seoul, Tuesday. Cho presented the plaque to Kim to thank him for a March 31 interview with the English language newspaper.
