Sixty-four teachers from elementary and secondary schools across the nation celebrate the completion of a five-day global citizenship education course at the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) under the auspices of UNESCO in Guro-gu, western Seoul, Feb. 19.
