Honorary doctorate for UN chief

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, right, is awarded an honorary doctorate from Cambridge University in recognition of his humanitarian work, Wednesday. Ban, a former Korean foreign minister, will step down from the top U.N. post that he has held since 2007 at the end of this year. Former late South Korean President Kim Dae-jung had also received the award from Cambridge. / Yonhap
