Singapore's respects to Kim

Former Singapore Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong expresses his condolences on behalf of the Singaporean government in a guestbook for the death of former South Korean President Kim Young-sam at the Korean Embassy in Singapore, Thursday. He paid silent tribute and offered flowers to Kim at a memorial altar set up at the embassy.
