Boosting Korea-Latin America ties

Koo Cha-hoon, left, president of the Korean Council on Latin America and the Caribbean, receives an appreciation plaque from Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Seoul, Monday. The ministry recognized his contribution to enhancing bilateral relations between Korea and Latin America.
