Nho Seung-hwan
Former Vice House Speaker Nho Seung-hwan died Saturday.
He was 87.
He served as a five-term lawmaker, and also served as the first popularly-elected chief of the Mapo district from 1995 to 2002.
He was elected vice speaker of the National Assembly in 1988, after
serving in major posts of the then opposition New Democratic Party and Democratic
Party.
