Two Korean entrepreneurs pulled off triple crowns at the 17th Moscow International Salon of Inventions and Innovation Technologies , also known as “Archimedes.”
Song In-hwe, CEO of Pushpull System, won a gold medal and prizes from the Volga State University of Technology and the Moldova Education Ministry for devising the Pullpull Doorlock, an innovative mechanical door lock that can be opened with just a single motion.
Jang Seok-jong, CEO of Eye Zone, was conferred the gold medal and prizes from the National Institute of Inventions of Romania and the Taiwan Invention & Innovation Industry Association for the development of a vision recovery training device.
The event took place in Moscow from April 1 to 4, attracting inventors from 18 countries who demonstrated some 1,000 inventions.
