Drama couple to tie the knot on Feb. 28

Actors Choi Won-young and Shim Yi-young, who co-starred in the 2013 television drama “100 Years of Legacy,” will marry on Feb. 28.

The two actors’ chemistry was noticeable in the drama, and the couple went ahead and publicly declared their romance.

The bride-to-be is reportedly 15 weeks pregnant. The wedding will take place at a hotel in southern Seoul.

The two had been dating since the drama ended last June. There were reports in December that the two were nearing marriage as Choi proposed to Shim and the two families have met through a formal meeting.

The 38-year-old Choi debuted in 2002 with the Korean movie “Sex Is Zero” and has been active on both the small and big screens. Shim, 33, debuted in the 2000 movie “Real Situation.”
