Korean-American actress Moon Bloodgood has joined the cast of the yet-to-be-titled television drama being produced by Steven Spielberg, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Bloodgood has been cast in the pilot episode for the TNT drama, which deals with the aftermath of an alien invasion that wiped out most of the human population. Other cast members include ``ER'' star Noah Wyle, Jessy Schram, Seychelle Gabriel and Maxim Knight.
The drama revolves around a group of survivors led by widower Tom Mason (Wyle), and their fight against the aliens. The pilot episode will be directed by Carl Franklin.
Bloodgood will be playing Anne Glass, a therapist who helps children get over the shock of the alien invasion. Anne is described as being strong and has a dry sense of humor, and will become Tom's close friend.
Bloodgood has starred in several action films such as ``Terminator: Salvation" and ``Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li." She also appeared in the science fiction TV series ``Journeyman," and ``Burn Notice."
The actress was born Korinna Moon Bloodgood in Anaheim, Calif., to an American father of Dutch and Irish descent and a Korean mother. Bloodgood is also a former member of the Laker Girls, and has appeared four times on Maxim magazine's Hot 100 list.
