(338) Why has he never been successful?

Listen

By Janet Shin

A certain aptitude is told in saju, which influences one’s vocation and interests. This is usually determined by the energy of one’s birth month, especially the earthly branches and its relationship with the day masters.

Although there is a common notion that saju is a very complicated subject, we may reach an explicit reading by simply relating it with the classification of the five elements. For your easier understanding, the five elements are portrayed by the colors as green for wood, red for fire, yellow for earth, white for metal and black for water.

A man who has been eager to succeed in his business in the industry of solar energy generation, but has never been successful, asked if any clue is revealed in his saju.

It is obvious that his pursuit of life is related with the fire energy, as represented in his birth month branch (red). Unfortunately this letter clashes with the yearly branch, water in black as if the fire is extinguished by the water. And this explains well why he has had such a hard time in his business. Owing to the help of his siblings, he has managed it so far but this did not enhance his fortune.

We understand why he has been so obsessed with solar energy, but we may also read that he has a very low chance of success as told by his saju. Despite of this consultation, he didn’t want to shut down his factory and instead he requested if there were any other alternatives to promote the business.

I advised him to register the company under the name of his wife and gave him a new corporate name to revitalize his business fortunes. Although it wasn’t enough, his wife has wholesome energy of fire letters that represent the money fortune. On top of that the new company name, ‘Dong-gwang’ stands for the energy of the east and of light. East represents the direction of the wood element, which is his career star while the light is a signal of fire energy. By doing this, he would improve his destiny and animate the significant energy that is useful for his business success in solar energy generation.
