A woman wanted her saju read. It took me a long time to touch the bottom line due to a certain reluctance. Some elements were showing intricacies in her marriage, especially related with her husband. The woman made it clear that her life is affluent now. She was eager to know how her life has been developed and will be like in the future.
People often hide their true story and try a fortune teller’s ability. They just wait to hear the fortune teller pointing out what matters. Furthermore, they provide skewed information for various reasons. This woman didn’t intend to put me in a trial but she was just afraid of revealing the truth.
She was born in July 1949, the year of cow and her day master is yang wood. Wood represents growth. It is expansive and provides direction to achieving goals. Wood people believe that expansion or growth will resolve any problems. They love to accomplish and complete activities. They have strong tempers and feel frustrated when other people fail to perform to their standards. Wood types may find it difficult to express their inner emotions, have few close friends and can suffer from feeling inadequate. Yang wood people do as they want. They strive for success, however, if they fail, they have less willpower to recover.
Her saju has many earth elements that imply wealth but clash. Although she has many siblings, there is only one wood element in her saju, which suggests she is lonely and independent. She went through financial difficulties during her youth. She had to withstand severe ordeals by herself without any support from her siblings or friends. Despite the collision of money stars, one earth element in her day branch remains intact. It indicates financial security in her latter life.
By the way, there are two metal elements, both yin and yang, left and right side of the wood day master. Metal represents her husband. The mixed yin-yang doesn’t suggest sound marital harmony for a woman of a wood day master. The metal symbolizes an ax or a knife that chops the tree. It is supposed to be appropriate to prune the tree but once its power is excessive it hurts the tree.
She was bereaved of her husband in her thirties and remarried. But her second husband was not a kind man. On top of that he was severely burned by an accident. Although he manages to perform his routine, she has to nurse him by attending to his everyday needs. The latter metal element is combined with a fire element to make an uncomfortable life.
Owing to a rent income from the building he owns, the couple is rich enough not to worry about money. But money is not everything to make one’s life gratified. She forwent having her own baby in order to take good care of her step children. He had already had three children from his former marriage.
She carries out her responsibility for her ailing husband who she doesn’t love. What does the life mean to her without anyone or anything to feel affinity to?
In contrast, another woman whom I know for her saju reading, doesn’t have any element that represents the husband. She was born in the same year 1949. Actually she couldn’t find her spouse in Korea. Later on she married to a foreign man, which was rare in those days. She moved overseas and lived a contented life until her husband passed away. He truly loved her and left an ample legacy.
Once the elements of spouse and money are figured out, most people try to count how many they have in their saju. If they find none, they become disappointed for fear of being lonely or fortuneless. However the number of letters in saju doesn’t determine the volume of wealth and love. There are many other factors to demonstrate one’s life. Money and superficial living conditions can’t explain one’s inner happiness at all.
