Many companies are known to have a professional interviewer who reads the job candidates’ faces in hiring new recruits. This is to assign them suitable tasks as well as to employ right people.
An owner of a world-major company who achieved international success is famous for his deep insight into oriental teachings such as feng shui, saju and face readings. On top of his personal interests, he actually engaged the service of experts in times of important incidents. People say the achievement of his company and especially the way he worked with right people not only highly qualified but loyal to him resulted from his knowledge in discerning the employees.
It is not surprising anymore that many global companies such as Disney and famous hotel chains including the Trump Tower and MGM have already incorporated feng shui.
Some people may consider these oriental ways of foretelling the destiny-reading geographical, spatial and temporal features including human faces- are irrational. The young generation and especially those who are pro-occidental scientific approach can be against these thoughts.
However if you expand your point of view, you will see that the teachings from ancient oriental classics are coincidental with the wisdom and experience of life. The first step to practice and confirm is to pay more attention to every phenomenon around you.
Take the face reading for example. Just try to read people’s face more carefully. You may associate them with their life stories if you know or what’s happening now.
I have constantly observed the faces of people in specific fields, in education, legal circle, or restaurant business in order to find concomitant features. In the public transportations, as an everyday instance, we can read many people’s faces. Though I don’t know their personal situation in depth, I can conjecture quite a few facts by spotting their appearances, belongings and behaviors on top of their faces and face gestures.
If you concatenate the specific circumstances and the face traits of the people involved, you will find more concrete factors in common among them. For example, in the case of the former prime minister and the recent nominee, you can elaborate why they resigned or had to be stepped down. Are there any special requisites in their faces or that of people in charge of crisis management?
The oriental ways to illustrate physiognomy are by classifying the face forms with yin and yang (two types) or the five elements (five types). The former is determined by natural curves whether protruding or concave. One’s intrinsic disposition, introvert or extrovert is attributed to this. Meanwhile the latter has more practical and apparent indications.
In the moment of emergency, the faces of wood and water types are not appropriate, while they can deal with the administrative and delicate duties well. I see that most of current statesmen and ministers even the person in charge of police force have the faces of either wood or water types. They are intellectual enough to pass the bar exam and faithful to obey the instructions from the superior authorities but their excessive administrative responsibility is not helpful to settle the dangerous situations efficiently.
