You will need 20 grams of lettuce, 5 grams of chicory, 10 grams of yellow bell pepper, 10 grams of orange bell pepper and 5 grams of red bell pepper.
For yogurt dressing, you will need 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, some oligosaccharide syrup and vinegar and some lemon juice and salt.
Wash the lettuce and chicory and tear them into appropriately sized pieces.
Take out the seeds in the bell pepper, wash and slice them.
Prepare the yogurt dressing by mixing the ingredients.
Serve the salad vegetables with the yogurt dressing.
Bell pepper, which is abundant in vitamin C and betacarotene, is useful for making diverse dishes including salads, thanks to its strongly sweet but not spicy taste. You can increase the absorption of betacarotene by stir-frying it with oil or taking it with dressing. To pick the freshest bell pepper, choose some that is hard in texture, vivid in color, and shiny on the surface.
