The major difficulty in reading one’s destiny, whether by saju, face or palm, is the lack of standardization. This makes it hard to convince others when questioned. Accordingly, it is hard to be formulated as it needs to be understood through the window of our mind.
It requires hard work to memorize terminology and theory to constitute the saju and to practice the theoretical learning to actual lives. However the fundamental is to open wide your mind’s eye and cultivate your ability to use it. Otherwise you cannot see the wood for the trees.
To apprehend everything around us, whether visible or not, tangible or not, is the key ability to get a true answer. Using the eye of your mind, which is to see the invisible and intangible substantial cannot be achieved overnight. I teach people the symbolic letters of heavenly and earthly energies to constitute your four pillars. But the symbolic letters of yang wood, yin wood, yang water, yin water and so on are literally emblematic letters. While we define yang wood, for example, as a large tree, this cannot explain a person well enough as it is. We need to see the climate where the tree is planted; whether there is enough water or warmth of sun rules the tree’s life. It is a reader’s capability to determine the other conditions, for example if the metal energy is needed for dense trees. A sincere understanding of life and nature in depth would make it possible for you to comprehend something in our destiny and your face and palms, even though you are not a professional fortune teller.
The theory that the shape of the nose implies one’s ambition and money fortune is basic knowledge in face reading. But does it mean that a big nose will always give you good money fortune? Of course it doesn’t. Some of my acquaintances, without having any face reading lessons notify me about their impression of others, saying that one seems less reliable, another seems to have an unfortunate marriage, and so forth. And that turned out to be true. By studying and practicing face and palm readings, I have formed a habit of reading people’s faces and palms deliberately and comparing them with their saju. If you are in a business where you have to deal with many people, you may be able to develop your own skill of judging others by their appearance.
Needless to parade every details of face readings, just three seconds of serious eye contact may give you a certain idea about a person, if you have cultivated your ability whether by your experience or by studying.
Likewise, there are hundreds of theories in palm reading, such as the life line, head line, success line, and so on, and there are the five elements applied to each finger as well. But the first and most important impressions come from the moment you hold anothers’ hands, feel it and see overall harmony of the hand shapes.
With hands, we exchange our love with others, cure people in pain, help those in difficulty, create artworks, raise our children, study, promise, and pray. The palm lines are created by all these hands’ activities.
The feng shui masters, as another example, try to understand energy flow in our environment. Feng shui, as an environmentalist, is to improve the energy around us. It is to clarify the energy in our houses, getting rid of the negative energy to create bad luck.
Grasping the energy may be a spiritual power, linked to other dimensions of existence and cogitation. However if you are conscious of your everyday life, people and environment, having strong faith in yourself that you can nurture them, your life would become a lot more meaningful.
