The six public outdoor swimming pools along Seoul’s Han River will open from Friday, Seoul City said Wednesday.
The six ― in Ttukseom, Yeouido, Gwangnaru, Mangwon, Jamsil and Jamwon ― will be available for 60 days to August 22.
Seoul City said the swimming pools in Jamsil had been remodeled to have entertainment facilities that include wave slides and water cannon. The pools will host a variety of events, including a dance festival and scuba-diving lessons.
A day ticket costs 5,000 won for adults (over 19) and 4,000 won for students aged 13 to 18. Children under six are admitted free. The pools will open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
