Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s restaurant, Feast, presents a new business course from noon to 2:30 p.m. during weekdays. The course includes an appetizer, entrée and all-you-can-eat dessert. Appetizer menus include carrot and ginger soup, smoked salmon salad, red snapper ceviche and tuna tartare. Main dish options are a sushi platter, raw beef bibimbap, dogani (beef knee) soup, spaghetti Bolognese and steamed sea bass, among others. The guests also have access to an unlimited dessert buffet with coffee or tea. The course is available from Monday through Friday and costs 48,000 won, including tax and service charges. Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Italian restaurant, Il Ponte, presents truffle and pasta dishes in March. A variety of dishes will be available, including a full course. The dishes include ravioli stuffed with Taleggio cream and black truffles; fettuccini with salted anchovies, black truffle and grated parmesan; homemade ricotta and potato dumpling with green zucchini pesto and shaved black truffle; and saffron risotto with green asparagus, black truffle and olive tapenade.

A set course has scallop marinated with extra virgin olive oil with lemon, black truffle and rocket salad, light asparagus cream soup, a choice of homemade truffle pasta with duck ragout or beef tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto ham with green asparagus and potato gnocchi. W Seoul-Walker’s Japanese restaurant, Namu, is launching a new lunch menu “Wento” with a fresh spin on classic flavors.

The theme of this season’s Wento is winter aroma, which seeks to deliver the beauty of a snow-covered wintery town and the warmth that melts away the bitter cold. Three-layered Wento’s first layer uses seasonal sashimi. The second layer includes appetizers, including walnut tofu. The third layer consists of bass stew made with fresh bass, grilled with Sancho beef tenderloin and fried oysters. The lunch meal costs 75,000 won, including tax and service charges.
