Golightly faces sex scandal from his café fans

Listen

Chris Golightly, 30, who won his for his appearance in the Superstar K3, a local popular program of cable channel Mnet, has been in controversy over his sex scandal.

More than 10 female members of his fan café have claimed that they suffered mental distress caused by Golightly.

“Chris who became intimate with me through kakaotalk and SNS brought me to his home. I had sex (with him),” a female fan said on a community site, “Chris fan café,” on Jan. 28. According to her, several more women have had a similar experience.

It is reported that the alleged victims are considering taking class action suit against Chris, claiming similar mental distress.

Golightly has already severed ties with an entertainment agency he had signed an exclusive contract with, not Mnet, the main sponsor of entertainment program Superstar K3. As a result, it is hard to contact him now.

It will be hard to hear his comment on the scandal for the time being as he left Seoul for the United States on Jan. 30 to take part in X-Factor, a famous audition program in the United States.

He is reported to have flatly denied the rumors. “I'm leaving for America today. Lies really hurt me, and I am very sad for the people who make up stories. Goodbye Korea,” he said on Jan. 30.
