President Yoon Suk Yeol will send former chief of staff Kim Dae-ki as a special envoy to attend the inauguration ceremony of new Dominican Republic President Luis Abinader, his office said Monday.

Kim plans to convey Yoon's letter that congratulates the newly elected Dominican Republic president on Friday and hold meetings with senior officials in the Latin American country to discuss bilateral relations, the presidential office said.
