New Chinese ambassador arrives

Xing Haiming, the new Chinese ambassador to Korea, speaks to reporters after his arrival at Incheon International Airport, Thursday. Xing, who worked in the Chinese Embassy in Pyongyang from 1988 to 1991 and from 2006 to 2008, also served in the country's embassy in Seoul on three occasions dating back to 1992.
