Actor Ha Seok-jin will return to the small screen for the first time in two years with MBC's drama “When I Was the Prettiest” (direct translation).
The broadcaster announced that the actor had officially joined the cast of its upcoming series. It will be his first acting work since his last drama “Your House Helper” in 2018.
The series, which will go to air in August, will follow a love triangle between a woman ― played by Im Soo-hyang ― and two brothers ― played by Ji Soo and Ha.
The actor will play headstrong rally driver Seo-jin, who falls for Im's character at first sight.
Ha, who debuted in 2005 in a big-budget TV drama “Sad Love Story,” is known for his roles in romantic series, including “Don't Look Back: The Legend of Orpheus” (2013) and “Drinking Solo” (2016).
He has also appeared in numerous reality shows, including the talk show “No Way I'm an Adult” and the quiz show “Problematic Men.”
