Actor Park Hae-soo, 38, is getting married. His bride is a non-celebrity six years younger. The couple met about a year ago through an acquaintance.

The wedding will be private and the location has not been disclosed.

Fellow actor Lee Ki-seop will be present, along with other musical actors and Park Kwang-sun, a member of Ulala Session, who will sing a congratulatory song.

Earlier in November, Park broke the news to his fans through his fan cafe that he and his girlfriend would have a quiet wedding in January.

"She is truly a gift to me. I thought it would be wonderful if I could spend the rest of my life with the woman who is always there for me in good or bad times. And that start is happening in January." He wrote.

Park, who debuted in 2007 as a musical actor, starred in many musicals and plays including the Korean remake of Tennessee Williams' "A Streetcar Named Desire," before he made a name for himself through tvN's drama "Prison Playbook" in 2017.
