Exo, Yu Jae-seok's 'Dancing King' sweeps music charts

Comedian Yu Jae-seok and K-pop band EXO’s collaboration song “Dancing King” is dominating Korean music charts.

The track, released Saturday, topped seven music charts -- Genie, Naver Music, Olleh Music, Mnet Music, Soribada, Bugs and Monkey3 -- as of 11 a.m. Sunday.

“Dancing King” is an exciting dance song with a samba rhythm and lyrics about forgetting the troubles of ordinary life and relieving stress.

With Yu, the band first performed the song at a concert in Thailand on Sept 11. The performance also aired on the Sept 17 episode of MBC entertainment program “Infinite Challenge.”

MBC said all money earned by the song will be donated to charities.
