Amid the controversy that actor and K-pop boy band JYJ's Park Yu-chun allegedly sexually assaulted four women in restrooms, netizens have claimed Park also has a strange fascination with bathrooms.
They said that Park associated bathrooms with beauty on a Japanese radio show in 2008. Asked what came to his mind when he thought of “beautiful” things, he cited “bathrooms” as one of his three answers.
At a meeting with Japanese fans in July 2014, he also seemed obsessed with bathrooms.
Asked about what he did when he came home drunk, he said: “I went to a bathroom alone or slept in a bathroom.”

And while narrating an MBC documentary about Siamese twins in 2014, he said the most interesting scene was when the twins shared a toilet.
Meanwhile, a media report said Park’s agency tried to settle the alleged sexual assault cases with the help of gangsters.
Local news media Dispatch reported Thursday that a man surnamed Baek, an executive of a powerful gang family and father of the CEO of C-JeS Entertainment ― Park’s agency ― told an acquaintance of a woman who filed a complaint against Park on June 10, “You must be fully aware of who I am.”
A former gang member also reportedly called the acquaintance, asking for favorable arrangements.
C-JeS Entertainment claimed that it had evidence clearing Park of the allegations. A spokesperson said the agency would file a complaint against the alleged victims for making false accusations.
Police allegedly found semen on underwear submitted by one alleged victim. They plan to summon Park to collect his DNA through mouth swab samples to determine whether the DNA matches that of the semen.
