Hong Kong gives big welcome to hallyu actress

It is common for celebrities to face crowds of reporters in public spots. And it may be satisfying, because it shows the stars are still getting the publicity they need to maintain their fame.

In a photo that actress Son Ye-jin posted on her Instagram webpage on Thursday, a crowd of reporters surrounds her in Hong Kong during an event to promote a cosmetic brand on Wednesday.

Wearing a white dress, Son is smiling with an army of reporters just inches from her face.

Son stars in the Chinese action black comedy movie “The Bad Man Must Die” scheduled for release in 2016.
