“Cheftainer” (chef and entertainer) Choi Hyun-seok has shown off his wushu skills on social media.

Choi, 42, posed in four martial arts stances in photos posted on his Instagram webpage on Sunday. The star flaunts a high front kick, low kick and exaggerated poses while holding knives and a bottle. The pictures were part of an unidentified cooking photo-shoot.

“A photography chief found out that I used to do wushu and got little excited,” Choi said in the post. “And, with pride as a martial artist, I did all that he asked me to do.”

Choi, one of the cheftainers who have recently become hot TV personalities, is a regular guest on five TV shows, including KBS’s reality show “The Human Condition,” tvN’s food survival show “Battles of Korean Foods,” and JTBC’s reality cooking show “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.”
