Incheon is a city with increasing global appeal, offering an airport, the Songdo international business district and the 2014 Asian Games.

Oakwood Premier will add its name to this list of assets when it opens the Oakwood Premier Incheon in July.

The premier serviced residence will move into the soaring Northeast Asia Trade Tower (NEATT) skyscraper in Songdo.

Standing 68 stories, NEATT is currently the tallest building in the nation. The Oakwood Premier Incheon will occupy the upper part of the edifice built by POSCO E&C.

Oakwood Premier Incheon will offer a total of 423 suite-grade residences placed from the floors 36 through 64, and boasting of unbeatable panoramic views. A penthouse will be located on the 64th floor. Oakwood Premier boasts of providing luxurious hotel services with the spaciousness of a private home, and the Incheon branch will not be an exception. Oakwood Premier Incheon will be the only luxury residence hotel in Songdo, with restaurants and bars befitting of the guests. The residence will also feature a ballroom, a business center and a fitness center that guests can make use of, to provide the most premier service possible.

Another strength of Oakwood Premier Incheon will be the location. The serviced residence is only about a 20-minute ride from Incheon International Airport when traveling via the Incheon Bridge that connects Yeongjongdo and Songdo. The residence is about 40 minutes travel time from Seoul, allowing the best accessibility to meeting places, shopping and leisure centers.

There are a multitude of special zones nearby. For businesses, there is the Songdo Convensia and a bio-research complex. For leisure and pleasure, there are such facilities as the Lotte mall, Jack Nicklaus Golf Club and Incheon Art Center.

The Oakwood Premier Incheon is one of the top among 22 partner hotels for the 2014 Asian Games where VIP guests from the Olympic Council of Asia and the National Olympic Committee will stay. The games will run Sept. 19-Oct. 4.
