K-pop's year-end concert calendar: Where to close out 2025 with music

As winter settles in and holiday lights begin to take over city streets, Korea's live music scene is gearing up for one of its busiest stretches of the year. Dome-scale finales, world tour homecomings and intimate ballad concerts are all on the calendar, giving fans plenty of ways to close out 2025.

From viral K-pop groups to more low-key acts, here is a look at some of the key year-end shows from late November through December.

PLAVE

Virtual boy band PLAVE will wrap its first Asia tour with "2025 PLAVE Asia Tour 'DASH: Quantum Leap' Encore," a two-night finale at the iconic Gocheok Sky Dome — one of Korea's biggest venues — on Friday and Saturday.

The concerts serve as the last chapter of the "DASH: Quantum Leap" run, which has helped establish the five-member act as a leading virtual presence in K-pop. For the dome encore, the group is expected to scale up its visuals and staging to match the venue, turning the shows into a high-impact send-off for the group's landmark tour.

DAY6

DAY6, the four-piece rock band under K-pop giant JYP Entertainment, is scheduled to mark their return to Seoul's KSPO Dome from Dec. 19 to 21 with "2025 DAY6 Special Concert 'The Present.'"

Billed as a year-end gift to fans, the three-night run leans into the group's reputation for powerful live stages. With extended setlists and full-band arrangements, "The Present" is set to revisit career-defining tracks while also highlighting the band's more recent material, giving the series the feel of both a celebration and a reset before the new year.

Xdinary Heroes

Another rock band under JYP, Xdinary Heroes will also conclude their "Beautiful Mind" world tour with a three-night "Xdinary Heroes 'Beautiful Mind' World Tour FINALE in Seoul" at Jamsil Indoor Stadium from Friday to Sunday.

After traveling through 14 global venues this year, the band returns to its home turf for its largest local standalone concerts to date. The finale is expected to emphasize the younger JYP band's musical talent, turning the shows into a victory lap that captures how much the group has grown on the road.

NMIXX

Another powerhouse girl group under JYP, NMIXX will open its first world tour with "2025 NMIXX 1ST WORLD TOUR 'EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER' IN INCHEON," kicking off at Inspire Arena on Nov. 29 and 30.

The two shows set the stage for the tour's global run, debuting its 'Zero Frontier' story line, tight vocal arrangements and concept-heavy production in front of a home audience before the group begins its overseas dates.

FIFTY FIFTY

Another viral name returning to the stage, FIFTY FIFTY is opting for a more intimate celebration. The group will host its first official fan event, "FIFTY FIFTY: Welcome to Tweny Party," on Dec. 5 and 6 at YES24 Wanderloch Hall in Seoul's Mapo District.

Designed as a cozy year-end gathering for Twenys, the group's official fandom, the event mixes small-hall performances with interactive moments. Following a period of restructuring, it doubles as both a reunion and a symbolic fresh start for the group.

Sung Si-kyung

Beloved balladeer Sung Si-kyung will continue one of Korea's most established winter concert traditions with a namesake year-end run at KSPO Dome from Dec. 25 to 28.

With a full band and a setlist that blends signature hits with seasonal favorites, Sung's four-night series has become a fixture of Seoul's holiday landscape. This year's edition also marks the end of the singer's 25th anniversary year, adding a layer of reflection and nostalgia to the tradition.

K.will

Singer K.will will bring his latest holiday series, "2025 K.will Concert 'Good Luck,'" to Kyung Hee University's Grand Peace Palace on Dec. 6 and 7. Known for vocal-centered performances that lean into emotional ballads, the singer frames this year's shows as a year-end gift, built around the idea of sending "good luck" into the new year. The concerts are positioned as warm, uplifting stops on the holiday schedule.

Roy Kim

Singer Roy Kim will also open his new tour, "2025-26 Roy Kim LIVE TOUR 'ja, daumm,'" with three shows at TicketLink Live Arena, formerly the Handball Stadium, in Seoul's Olympic Park from Dec. 12 to 14.

The title, which plays on a Korean expression meaning "next," signals a setlist that blends longtime favorites with songs that point toward his next chapter. As the first stop of a wider run throughout the country, the Seoul dates arrive at a naturally reflective time of year for Kim and his fans, giving the concerts added seasonal resonance.
