Virtual K-pop girl group MAVE: is set to release their first EP "What's My Name," on Nov. 30.

On Nov. 8, MAVE:'s agency, Metaverse Entertainment, officially announced the new album's title and its release date through the group's social media channels.

The agency also revealed that MAVE: is "all set to return with a sensuous concept in collaboration with prominent K-pop production teams," emphasizing their commitment to delivering the highest quality virtual human performance.

"What's My Name" is a follow-up to their debut album "PANDORA'S BOX," released in January, which demonstrated the potential of virtual idols with 45 million streams on Spotify and 30 million views of their music video "PANDORA."

MAVE:, consisting of members SIU:, ZENA:, TYRA: and MARTY: is a virtual girl group created through a joint venture between Kakao Entertainment and Korean game company Netmarble.

Notably, MAVE: has gained attention for its strikingly realistic visual representations of its members and well-established narratives behind its album, rivaling those of real-life K-pop groups.

The group's narrative centers on the journeys of its four members as they each embark on adventures in Korea, the U.S., France and Indonesia, all while joining forces to become an idol group. The compelling storyline has captured the attention of fans worldwide and industry observers, heightening expectations for their new project.
