NATURE will become the first K-pop girl group to meet Azerbaijani fans online, according to the band's agency n.CH Entertainment, Friday.

The nine-piece act is set to hold the fan meeting on ZOOM ― an American platform for video communications ― at 5 p.m. (KST) on Friday.

“We decided to carry out the event to return the love NATURE has received from these fans,” the agency said in a statement. It added that the followers had been very excited about the upcoming meeting, in which the members will talk about Azerbaijani tea and answer fans' questions.

The meeting is the first part of “Wanna be friends with NATURE” project, which aims to organize non-face-to-face meetings with followers from around the globe amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The stars plan to continue the project for fans in different countries.

NATURE ― Sohee, Saebom, Aurora, Lu, Chaebin, Haru, Loha, Uchae and Sunshine ― debuted in 2018 with the lead single “Allegro Cantabile.” Its latest track “Girls” was released in June and the song's music video hit one million views on YouTube only an hour after its release.
