Some fans are demanding E'Dawn of K-pop boy band Pentagon leave the team after the rapper confirmed his relationship with singer HyunA Thursday.

Pentagon's fan cafe is now flooded with over a thousand posts titled “[Request for feedback] We want feedback from Cube Entertainment and Kim Hyo-jong.”

Kim Hyo-jong is the real name of the 24-year-old rapper.

“E'Dawn and HyunA have been working together as members of trio Triple H and dropped two albums so far ― we want to hear whether the agency was really unaware of the couple's relationship,” the fans wrote. “If it did not know about it, we want to find out if there are accurate and specific grounds to support such a claim.”

They wrote they wonder if the other Pentagon members heard explanations before the relationship was revealed, and whether they all agreed with this.

“We also want to know when and how Cube and Kim will make compensation for other Pentagon members and Universe (fan club),” the fans added. “Kim, you have been deceiving your team and fans while only thinking about your girlfriend. Based on what you have been doing, we do not want you to be tied up with Pentagon anymore.”

Reportedly, the rapper will not attend the inaugural ceremony for the group's first official fan club on Saturday.

E'Dawn debuted as a rapper in Pentagon in 2016. He is also a member of Triple H, the trio that includes HyunA and another Pentagon member, Hui. Triple H recently released a second mini-album, “REtro Futurism.”
