Get ready to party this weekend, as annual outdoor club music festival Next Floor 08 kicks off at Hangang Nanji Park and Hongdae on Friday evening.
Partygoers can choose to go to any of the 22 participating clubs at the 86th Club Day at Hongdae or head to the all-night Hangang Club Festival at Hangang Park.
Hosted by the Korean Club Culture Association, Next Floor 08 hopes to promote club culture by inviting international and local artists to perform at the festival.
Korean and foreign DJs, hip-hop and electronic artists will perform at the Next Floor special stage at Hangang Park.
Headliners for June 27 include Korean hip-hop group DJ Doc and punk group No Brain, along with Israeli duo Infected Mushroom, Australian electronic group Infusion and Canadian house music DJ Max Graham.

Infected Mushroom is a popular psychedelic trance duo from Israel, composed of Erez Aizen and Amit Duvdevani. Infusion, one of the hottest electronic groups from Australia, is known for their exciting live performances.
On June 28, the headline acts are Japanese duo Kyoto Jazz Massive, Korean rock group Nell, British DJs Hybrid Sound System, German duo Blank & Jones and Australian DJ Pendulum featuring MC Jakes.
Kyoto Jazz Massive, consisting of brothers Shuya and Yoshihiro Okino, is known for their broken beat and electronic style of music. German trance group Blank and Jones, composed of Piet Blank, DJ Jaspa Jones and producer Andy Kaufhold, have

already released eight albums since 1997.
Also performing at the event are Korean acts Super Kidd, Windy City and Crystal Rain, as well as disc jockeys DGuru, DJ Baram, DJ Airmix and DJ Sunshine.
Twenty-two clubs are participating at the Hongdae Club Day, including M2, NB, Via, Tool, Cargo, Jokkerred, Q-Vo, DD, Hooper, Saab, Oldrock, Ska2, Soundholic and Evans.
On June 27, Hongdae Club Day starts at 8 p.m., while the Hangang Club Festival starts at 6 p.m. On June 28, the party continues at the Hangang Club Festival at 1 p.m.
There are shuttle buses to take people from Hangang Park to Hongdae every 20 minutes. It runs an hour before the festival starts, until 30 minutes after the last performance at 5 a.m.
People under 19 years old will not be allowed to enter Next Floor 08. There will be an identification card check at the gate.
Tickets are 20,000 won for June 27, which includes entrance to Next Floor 08, pass to Hongdae Club Day and one drink. On June 28, tickets are 30,000 won, no drink included.
